  • Aruba Weddings

  • Couple does not have to be on the island days before they get married, as soon as you send us the required documents we will review the copies sent by fax first to see if all is in order, as we advice, you  will send these by courier of choice and we will submit these for you, however we would like to meet you at least 1 day prior to scheduled wedding date at your place of accommodation for your convenience to discuss last details of your day.

  • Required documents

  • Couple must submit a Certificate of no impediment for bride and groom (also referred to as a “single status report” and in some states called a “negative statement of marriage”). This certificate of no impediment is obtained at the bureau of vital statistics which is located in the department of health.

  • Copies of long form birth certificate (with names of both parents) for bride and groom with apostille (state certification). raised seal.
  • If either party has been divorced we need to receive a copy of the 1st and last page of the divorce decree(s).
    If either party is a widow(er) we need to receive a copy of the pertaining death certificate.
  • Valid copies of passports first page for the couple and their witnesses.
  • Copy of the photo and detail pages need to be submitted. (If couple does not have any witnesses, we will provide them for you.

  • All documents are to be faxed for review and then submitted by courier (i.e. FedEx) at least one (1.5) month prior to the desired wedding date. Please do not mail these for the risk of arriving late.
                                                  What documents will you receive from us?

  • You will receive a translated marriage certificate recognized in your country, this you will have to submit to your Civil Town Hall in your State/City.

  • If you came on a Cruise ship  we will FedEx these to you (Please note that all paperwork needs to be send to us before you arrive in ARUBA).
